——The first steel structure comfortable living demonstration community in China and the only one in Hubei
With a total construction area of 229700 square meters, it is composed of 12 24 storey high-rise residential buildings. The project adopts a complete set of steel structure residential system independently innovated and developed by Hangxiao steel structure, in which the CCA internal and external wall panel system with good sound insulation, heat preservation, fire prevention and waterproof performance fills the domestic gap. The whole ground main building almost does not use a clay brick, which is the first truly domestic green high-rise steel structure residential building project in China.
